AFB Annual Banquet 2025 TEST (Table Bookings test)

This year’s AFB Annual Banquet will take place at Drapers’ Hall on Thursday 2 November.  We are delighted to announce that Andrew Griffith MP, Economic Secretary to the Treasury and City Minister will be our special guest speaker.

After being unable to hold the event in 2022 due to the rail strikes, we look forward to welcoming our members to this magnificent venue for what promises to be an excellent evening of informal networking with over 250 representatives from AFB member firms. 

There is a special early bird rate for the first 100 tickets sold before 31 July 2023, further details can be found below.

Early bird offer – Book the special early bird rate of £180 +VAT per ticket (£1,800 +VAT for a table of 10 or £2,160 +VAT for a table of 12) by reserving your place by 31 July 2023.

Early bird pricing is limited to the first 100 tickets sold.

Full price from 1 August 2023 – £215+VAT per ticket, £2150+VAT for a table of 10 or £2,580+VAT for a table of 12.  

The Banquet will start with a networking reception from 18:30 and will be followed by dinner and speeches in the grandeur of the Livery Hall.

Guest speaker biography – Andrew Griffith MP, Economic Secretary to the Treasury and City Minister

Andrew is the Economic Secretary to the Treasury and the UK’s ‘City Minister’, a role he has held since September 2022.

Prior to this appointment he served as Minister of Exports with the Department for International Trade. Andrew has also formerly been Minister for Policy and Head of the No10 Policy Unit and the Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Prime Minister. In the year leading up to the COP 26 United Nations Climate Summit in November 2021, Andrew served as the UK’s Net Zero Business Champion.
